La Halle is a shared creative workspace in Charleville-Mézières, housed in the iconic Macérienne building—an Eiffel-style metal hall. Managed by the Cabaret Vert music festival team and open year-round, it hosts artisans, makers, and professionals who can rent equipment, access training, or develop personal projects.
The identity design draws from the architecture and symbolism of the site. The tilted “H” logo evokes the shed-like rooflines and the perspective of steel beams while forming a dynamic, memorable symbol. Its circular frame allows for practical use on physical materials such as wood or metal.
A vibrant color palette was chosen to balance heritage and innovation: “Scandinavian pine” cream, a vivid blue for energy and modernity, a bright green linked to Cabaret Vert, and “Eiffel black” referencing the metal structure. I also adapted the whole identity for on-site signage and interior design of the workshop.
