As part of the decoration and spatial design team of the Cabaret Vert festival, I was asked to design a new stand dedicated to water distribution. The project needed to be functional, eye-catching, and technically feasible within the festival’s material constraints.
I developed the stand’s concept and 3D design in Blender, working closely with the chief decorator. The structure was based on two barnums, with a lightweight wooden frame and central fabric insert for the signage background.
To make the stand visible from afar, I designed a mirrored icon that reflects light from the sun and stage lighting, creating a beacon effect at night. The typography was adapted from the festival’s graphic identity to ensure consistency while giving the stand its own recognisable style.
Since its creation, the stand has been reinstalled every year and has become part of the festival’s visual landscape. A second stand was later developed, inspired directly by this design.
