To support Randstad's "Randstad innove pour libérer l’emploi" campaign, two interactive installations were designed to bring real-time employment data to physical audiences in Paris.
- One installation on Esplanade de La Défense captured live crowd movements and transformed them into animated silhouettes with real-time employment statistics, emphasizing big data in HR services.
- A second version was placed within Les Quatre Temps shopping mall, using interactive totems to display employment statistics on an individual level, inviting personal engagement.
Both installations served alongside a broader campaign—billboards, press, social media, and a hub landing page on randstad.tech—to convey the message that Randstad is innovating through data and technology.
