Eva is a digital platform developed under beta.gouv to support job insertion by diagnosing and valuing baseline and cognitive skills for people distant from employment environments. The service was later integrated into the ANLCI (Agence Nationale de Lutte Contre l’Illettrisme). Eva was classified as a "service public numérique à impact national", one of the twelve digital public services recognized in France for their nationwide scope and measurable societal impact.
As the principal UI/UX designer from 2019 to 2024, I defined the entire visual universe of Eva - including its accessible design system and interfaces then adapted to the state's Design System.
My role included crafting the full graphic identity: color palettes, typography, iconography, interactive design, and an accessible design system tailored to audiences facing digital or literacy barriers. Interfaces were designed for multiple channels: the user-facing front end serious games (in collaboration with illustrator Matthieu Martin), a video tutorials, a back office built on Active Admin, and both online and offline communication materials (web visuals, printed posters, evaluation sheets).
Once the project matured, interfaces were adapted to the French government’s DSFR (Design System for the French Republic), ensuring coherence with state digital standards.
Collaboration was maintained within a public startup inside beta.gouv & ANLCI, with studio Captive, the ut7 collective.
